In addition, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate website performance. This service does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It operates independently of your cookie preferences. We also use your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference. This data stays entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

6. AI chat assistant

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help visitors learn about our services. The chat assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. • The chat does not use cookies and does not collect personal data unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., your name or email in the lead capture form). • Conversations are logged for quality improvement purposes. Logs are stored in Cloudflare KV and do not contain personally identifiable information unless you share it. • If you submit your contact details through the chat's lead capture form, this data is processed by Formspree (the same service used for our contact form) and forwarded to us via email. • Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.

7. Sharing and processors

We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf: • Cloudflare (US), website hosting, CDN, Web Analytics, and consent record storage. Operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. • Google LLC (US), Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only when you consent to the respective cookie categories. Operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. • Formspree (US), processes contact form submissions and chat lead capture forms, forwarding messages to us via email. • Anthropic (US), processes chat conversations via the Claude AI API. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. • Cal.com, Inc. (US), processes consultation booking data (name, email, selected time slot) when you schedule a call through our website. All services process data under appropriate safeguards.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Website security logs may be retained for a limited period to support security and troubleshooting.
